New bill would stamp out 3-D guns – Hoping to stop plastic guns from adding to the city’s bloodshed, one councilman is trying to stop “printable” guns before the technology to make them becomes widely available.  City Councilman Lew Fidler, a Brooklyn Democrat, plans to introduce a bill Wednesday laying out rules for the firearms that can be churned out on a 3-D printer and easily assembled.
