Feiner to introduce legislation on Greenburgh gun ranges

Feiner to introduce legislation on Greenburgh gun ranges – Greenburgh Supervisor Paul Feiner said he will introduce legislation to regulate gun ranges in town after a neighbor of an outdoor gun range on Ardsley Road was hit by what was believed to be a bullet fragment.  The legislation was drafted by Bob Bernstein, a neighborhood activist in Edgemont and Feiner’s opponent in the supervisor’s race last year.
