Livingston Board of Supervisors seeks repeal of SAFE Act – The Livingston County Board of Supervisors has added its voice to a growing number of upstate counties opposing provisions of New York’s recent gun control law, the NY SAFE Act.  The Board, in a resolution approved at its Feb. 13 meeting, said the state’s hasty adoption of the act by the state Legislature and Gov.
