Cattaraugus County Native Honored As New York ECO Of The Year

Cattaraugus County Native Honored As New York ECO Of The Year – New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) commissioner Joe Martens recently announced that Environmental Conservation Officer (ECO) Liza Bobseine of Suffolk County has been named New York State ECO of the Year by the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association.  “In a short period of time, ECO Bobseine has shown to be a vital asset to the force and is very deserving of this recognition,” Martens said. “Her dedication to the outdoors and education of the public both on duty and off are to be admired.”
