Hundreds of 2nd Amendment Supporters Pack Rally in Horseheads – 2nd Amendment supporters filled a room to overflowing, with cars parked on the side of the road for over a mile at a rally in Horseheads Saturday to call for accountability of elected officials and the repeal of the New York SAFE Act. Hundreds of 2nd Amendment supporters packed the Horseheads American Legion Saturday afternoon with one message: repeal the SAFE Act. The rally was organized by the Chemung County Federation of Sportsmen.
