NRA president heading to Albany – NRA President David Keene will attend a Second Amendment rally planned for February 28 outside the state Capitol, an NRA board member confirmed. “David Keene coming up shows the NRA’s commitment to New York State and efforts to oppose the SAFE Act,” said Tom King, who along with his position on the NRA’s board is president of the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association.
