Republican gubernatorial candidate Rob Astorino visits Saratoga Arms Fair – In a bid to take over as New York State Governor, Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino says, it’s time for change in New York State. He announced his run earlier this month, and Sunday he took his campaign to the Capital Region, stopping in Saratoga Springs for the Arms Fair. He says he wants to get rid of the SAFE Act.  “The SAFE Act did nothing to make us safer. All it did was get a headline for the governor and demonize law abiding citizens who did nothing wrong with guns, and what we did in Westchester which I think is the real issue which is mental health,” says Astorino.
