Congressman Murphy Statement on Supreme Court Decision Defending 2nd Amendment – Today, Congressman Scott Murphy (NY-20) released the following statement praising the Supreme Court’s decision to protect the 2nd Amendment and strike down Chicago’s ban on handguns.
