Upstate gunmaker American Tactical Imports moving to South Carolina – New York stands to lose jobs to South Carolina when an upstate company that makes firearms, ammunition and tactical equipment relocates down South, officials announced Monday.  American Tactical Imports, based in Rochester, is moving its headquarters next month to Summerville in Dorchester County, S.C. — creating more than 100 new jobs in the area and shafting New York employees. The company is also setting up a distribution center and a firearm assembly, and moving its customer service operations and sales office to the new site.
