Wyoming County has top environmental conservation officer in state – Roger Ward estimates he’s talked to nearly 1,000 young hunters, over his nine years in Wyoming County. He’s described as a gifted instructor, supervising rifle and shotgun recertification for regional wildlife staff. And he also provides firearms training at regional waterfowl and pheasant events.
