Assemblyman Bill Nojay proposes SAFE Act repeal – Assemblyman Bill Nojay introduced legislation in the Assembly to repeal every part of the SAFE Act except for the Webster provision. That’s the part of the gun law that mandates life in prison without parole for anyone who murders a first responder.
