Bikers ride on Albany – It may not have been the largest crowd to protest the NY SAFE Act, but it certainly was the loudest. So much so, you could here the roar of the engines clear across the Hudson River into Troy as more than 300 motorcycles of all shapes and descriptions made their way through the streets of Albany on Saturday, ending their two-wheel motorcade at Capitol Park West.
