Fall Sportsmen’s Days has something for the entire family — Not many people can say they’ve thrown a tomahawk while wearing high heels. Nor could many attest to the joys of firing a black powder muzzleloader in such footwear, but Syracuse resident Kristen Longley learned all about participating in outdoor sports — even in heels — on Sunday when she and her family visited the Honeywell Fall Sportsmen’s Days, held Saturday and Sunday at the Carpenters Brook Fish Hatchery.
