Owens, Hochul vote to hold Holder in contempt – Two Upstate American congressional representatives in tough campaigns were among 17 Democrats who voted to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress.  Reps. Kathy Hochul, D-Buffalo and Bill Owens, D-Plattsburgh, broke ranks and joined mostly Republicans in approving the vote, which passed 255-67. Many Democrats, including Rep. Paul Tonko, D-Amsterdam, walked out.
