Raymond Kelly swipes at President Obama – New York City Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly zinged President Barack Obama for his silence on gun violence in Chicago.  “Maybe the city most affected (by guns) is Chicago,” Kelly said, according to a New York Daily News story on Monday. “The president’s hometown, but barely a peep out of him.”
