St. Lawrence County legislators to vote on SAFE Act use of county seal – The St. Lawrence County Board of Legislators will consider at its full board meeting Monday joining about two dozen other counties that already have passed resolutions opposed to use of their county seals in pistol permit recertifications and other purposes associated with the New York SAFE Act.
